I want to tell you something important: don't worry about fats and sugars, don't panic, just enjoy. In creating the recipes I have used very natural raw materials and ingredients, carefully selected and, of course, I have balanced them so that they are not harmful, and that consuming my pastries can become a healthy habit.

Together with my team, I prepare your orders daily and hours before you receive them so that their freshness, aroma, texture and flavor are optimal.

Finally, let me tell you that animal welfare is very important to us, which is why we make sure that all our ingredients are cruelty-free.

It was a beautiful autumn day and we were walking through Montmartre.

There was no direction, no clear purpose, just the pleasure of walking between Haussmann-style buildings, with a hot coffee in a paper cup in hand, a scarf and a hat that kept us warm and, in turn, made us feel more Parisian.

Meanwhile, between loose phrases and going from one conversation to another, we designed and imagined our brand, this pastry shop.

We still have, in a thick black frame, the autumn leaf from a tree on the streets of Paris. That dry but very lively leaf would be part of our logo and would help us define our identity. A seasonal product with natural ingredients that aims to be a memory for many.

Fashions pass and only style remains.
